Our Menu

At THE WASH BAR in Berlin, we start with the backbone of classic cocktails—then run them through our “spin cycle.” Borrowing techniques from the bar, kitchen and pastry, we clarify, infuse, carbonate and layer until the idea in our heads and on our palates becomes a clean, character-driven drink in the glass. We respect the rules, but we don’t let them box us in. The result: crisp, precise flavors and one-of-a-kind signatures.
